Professional looking for a flatshare/buddy-up

Hiya! I'm Daniel, I'm an artist working in the games industry.

I'm clean, tidy and respectful and I would prefer someone with a similar mindset. I like socialising on occasion, maybe sharing a meal or watching a film together but I also like having my own space.

I WFH most of the time, so ideally looking for someone who would be okay with that (happy to chip in more on bills, etc. if needed).

In my spare time I like playing video games, going to the cinema or the occasional gigs, cafes/restaurants, walks in nature or down the seafront.

I've been in Brighton for a bit over 5 years, currently on a monthly rolling contract so I am quite flexible about moving date.
