I need of new long term home in Lewes/ Newhaven

Hi. I’m interested in a studio flat or a private apartment, possibly house share depending on who I’d be living with. I’ve lived in shared living arrangements over the years including university, house shares and camp America. However, I’m ideally looking for my own place now and somewhere to call home. Im a residential support worker for teenage boys in care and a recovery worker for substance misuse in Brighton. I don’t drink or smoke, often out exercising or working. Some evenings I do sleep ins, so probably be there 5-6 nights. Im also due to enrol on a part-time online MSc course next year too so 20 hours a week will be dedicated to studying.
I’m a very friendly, fair and flexible guy who is passionate and loving. I love exercising, cooking, cleaning, sunbathing and resting. Hope to hear back.
