Me and my Best Friend need a safe Space NOW

With winter approaching, sadly Luis my Labrador and I need rehoming to a warmer place .
We are inseperable and in human terms the same age.
We seek a larger size bedroom or bedsit , with or with ensuite.
Share cooking facilities, living room , patio / garden space .
I do not work but have a healthy guaranteed monthly income and looking for a calm but active space where life is full of laughter and goodwill.
Being close to a park , shops bus stop /transport to central Leeds would be great too.
I am world travelled and experienced at hearty conversations and prefer music from the 80s and 90s over TV , videos anyday.
A light social drinker too.
Luis is lovable and chilled out , he loves cuddles and kisses.
We can no longer be staying in the motorhome lifestyle we love with winter approaching.
Please help us find that special place asap.
