Looking for a house share with lovely people :)

Hi there! :)

My name is Jess and I'm looking to move out of my family home soon for the start of 2026.

I work part time as a barista 3-4 days a week and am currently doing a tattoo apprenticeship in central Brighton as well for 2 days a week. I'd love to find a place to share with chilled sociable people who would like to spend time together and be good friends as well as housemates :) things like cooking dinner and eating together sometimes, going out to cafes/pubs, watching films in the evenings etc. Because I have a busy week ill mostly just be around in the morning and evening.

I'm very much a people person, so I love hanging out with my friends and loved ones but also enjoy chilling in my own space sometimes as well. Very creative person, easygoing, LOVE music, and I also make sure to keep my space tidy. I dont have any pets but happy to live with them though! It would also be lovely to be part of an LGBTQ household but not a requirement :)

I'm looking for a room in central Brighton that's walking distance to the north laine as well as Churchill square etc, as both the cafe and tattoo studio I work at are located right in the middle of town and i really don't want to have to get buses as I currently live in Shoreham, so currently spending far too much time on public transport haha
