Looking for a flat share with lovely people :)

Hi there! :)

My name is Jess and I'm looking to move out of my family home soon for the start of 2026.

I work full time as a barista Monday to Friday and have plans to secure a tattooing apprenticeship in the next couple of months as well, so will be doing both alongside each other by the time 2026 rolls around. I'd love to find a flat/house to share with nice sociable people who would like to spend time together and be good friends as well as flatmates :) things like cooking dinner together sometimes, going out to cafes/pubs/clubs/gigs, chilling inside on wintery days are all things i'd love to do.

I'm very much a people person, so I love hanging out with my friends and loved ones but also enjoy chilling in my own space sometimes as well. Very creative person, easygoing, LOVE music, and I also make sure to keep my space tidy. I do smoke but not heavily and don't own any pets either - happy to live with them though! It would also be nice to be part of an LGBTQ household but not a requirement :)

I'm looking for a room in central Brighton that's walking distance to the north laine as well as Churchill square etc, as I work there and will eventually be tattooing there too.
