28M full time worker - £900 budget - SE London

Hey! I’m Lochie, 28, originally from Sydney and now living in London. I’m looking for a room in South East London from April 1st, with a budget of up to £900 per month.

I work full-time in an office role in Mayfair, near Green Park station, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere within a 45-minute commute. During the week I’m fairly structured, out during the day and pretty relaxed in the evenings.

I’ve got a background in facilities management, so I’m naturally tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and good with house logistics. I’m clean, considerate, financially responsible, and used to living in share houses.

Outside of work I’m into skateboarding (would love to be near a decent skatepark), live music, photography, hikes, and exploring different parts of London. I’m social and enjoy a pub night or house dinner now and then, but I also really value downtime and my own space. Ideally looking for a friendly, relaxed house, sociable but not chaotic.

No pets, non-smoker. Happy living with guys or girls.
