Looking for my first home

My name is Herfa. I'm a professional artist as well as project officer working to help people who wouldn't otherwise get into cycling affordably. Due my current house being put up for sale, I am looking for a lovely 1 bedroom flat to call my home for at least a year. I am also looking to live alone so won't be looking to live in a flat share.

I am a quiet and responsible tenant who enjoys cooking, volunteering at my local community garden, cycling, playing my violin, and swimming in the sea. I like to treat my rented spaces as if it were my own and hope to build a great respectful relationship with my future landlord.
