Professional female seeks long-term flatshare

Hi, I’m a 44 year old professional currently living in Muswell Hill and ideally looking to stay in the area or very nearby.

I’m self-employed and typically work from home 2–3 days a week. I’m looking for a long-term, full time (7 days a week) place with either an en-suite or a private/sole-use bathroom (not shared), in a pet-free home, with a household where shared spaces feel easy and relaxed. I can be flexible on move-in dates for the right place.

I’m tidy, respectful and a non-smoker. Outside of work I spend time volunteering at sports clubs and events across London, and enjoy live sport, music and comedy.
