26yo doctor, looking for a flatmate for 2 bed...

26yo doctor, looking for a flatmate for 2 bed property if possible for around ~6 months as possibly moving to New Zealand. Will be working odd-hours and sporadic shifts, so will be busy for a few days at a time followed by periods of chill. Very sociable and have been in Newcastle for many years so big social circle, happy going to the pub and socialising but also very calm with cracking on with my own things. Enjoy nights in watching tv with a bottle of wine to relax. Hobbies include football, reading, video games, playing guitar and learning Spanish.
