Chill queer gal looking for a quiet cosy home

Hi all, I'm Lisa, I'm 32 and I originally come from Edinburgh, having lived in London for 9 years. I work in theatre in any capacity in which someone is willing to pay me - primarily I'm an actor but I am also a technician, photographer, designer, and have a day job in theatre management with a focus on theatre bars.
I finished a year-long theatre tour in Germany last year and I am looking to leave the living-out-of-a-suitcase life behind for a while and rebuild a life in London, starting with somewhere clean and friendly to call home.
Between day job and freelance stuff, I'm a busy gal, and my working hours vary, but I am very considerate of others if I am ever getting home from work super late.
I make a big effort to keep communal areas as spotless as possible, and I'm happy to do this as and when or follow a cleaning rota if people prefer. I'm an introvert, so I need space and alone time to recharge, but once I come out of my shell and I feel comfy with someone I love making people laugh with my very dry sense of humour! Nights in are much more my vibe than nights out, so if you have a room in a house that likes a Netflix and wine night that's a bonus! Think big grandma energy...
On days off I like to go on coffee walks, check out an exhibition or go see something at the theatre. I love a solo date, but would also welcome some company if flatmates are keen to join.
I'm looking around Highgate/Archway/Muswell Hill/Crouch End as it's a great location for my day job at the moment but happy to view some stuff out of these areas too. I'm also looking in Walthamstow as I've lived here for 3 years and loved it. Ideally would like something under £800 including bills, but willing to stretch for the right place.
