Looking for a room in SW London

Hi! I’m a working professional looking for a (preferably ensuite) room in SW London. I’m tidy, considerate, and prefer a low-key home environment. I work hybrid so would need space for a desk, and direct links to King’s Cross/St Pancras is a priority so tube/rail for relevant lines within 15 mins walk needed. Budget is up to £1300/month including bills.

I’d get on well with clean, respectful, like-minded roommates that have their own thing going on and ideally a mix of WFH/outside of home. I value privacy and personal space but also like movie/dinner party/games nights.

In a long-distance relationship so would need to come to an agreement about my partner visiting every few months.

LGBTQ+ friendly required, non-smoking, open to pets.
