Looking for a room or a house mate to find a flat

Hey there! I’m a single working professional originally from Australia, but I’ve called London home for over 10 years now — and I’m on the lookout for a new flat or room… and more importantly, the right person (or people) to share it with.

A little about me: I work from home most of the week, so I’m after a good-sized room that can comfortably fit a desk and a few creative bits. I’m clean, tidy, and love creating a relaxed, welcoming space that actually feels like home — somewhere you can unwind after a long day, have a chat, or just chill in your own space.

I’m into gardening, music, and art, and I come with a few things to make a place feel instantly cosy — plants, books, artwork, and some great kitchen gear (coffee machine, blender, juicer). I’m social and love good conversation over coffee, wine, or a record spinning in the background, but I also really value quiet time and personal space.

I do smoke occasionally, so ideally I’d love a home with a balcony, terrace, or garden where I can step out for a puff (rather than hitting the pavement!).

I’m looking for friendly, considerate housemates who appreciate a clean, comfortable home, enjoy good music, and don’t mind a bit of greenery and creativity around.
