Room wanted – quiet professional near Cambridge

Hi! I'm a quiet and respectful professional (Engineer background) currently looking for work in the Cambridge area. I’m looking to move around 10-20 October.

What I'm looking for:
- Must have parking space
- Ideally fewer than 4 people in the house
- Prefer not to live with landlord, but flexible
- Ensuite preferred, but happy to share
- Clean, quiet home with considerate housemates
- Short or medium let welcome

About me:
I’m tidy, responsible, and easygoing. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I value a peaceful, respectful environment. Happy to provide references.

Preferred areas: Within 20 miles of Cambridge, or along the Cambridge–London train line (e. g. Royston, Great Chesterford, Hitchin, etc.)
