Hello! I’m Leanne, a 27-year-old Head of HR, moving down from South East London to Brighton in the new year for a fresh change of scenery.

I am a fully remote worker, so I'm looking for a house/flat where I can set up a dedicated WFH space in my room. All financial/reference checks are easily secured. My target move date is Early February, but I can be flexible for a move in January for the right place. My maximum budget is £900 per month (pcm).

Tidy & Organised: I am naturally very clean and organised, and I am highly respectful of shared spaces and like an environment where everyone pulls their weight in the house. I am a conscientious potential flatmate who respects boundaries and routines.

The Social Balance - I'm looking for a social house where we can share a chat, the occasional meal, or a glass of red wine, but I also fully respect and need my alone time for 'battery recharge.' I'm sociable but not a party animal!

Interests - Outside of work, I love to travel, recently hitting 31 countries! I spend my free time going to Pilates, reading, exploring new cafes/pubs, and attending concerts. I’m keen to dive into the Brighton culture.

I am looking to join an established, friendly, and tidy house share in the Hove area (specifically in a property that falls within Parking Zone N or O) as I will be bringing my car with me. OR find a couple people to buddy up with!

Room Requirements: I need a good-sized double room with enough space to comfortably accommodate my full-time WFH setup (desk, monitor, etc.).
