33F, Finance professional but also a performer

Looking for any decent place EN-SUITE and shared living room ideally, with good transport to EC4 (within 40 minutes maximum) as starting a new job. I am looking for a double room and I'm available to move from 20/01/2026 and have a budget of £1100. I would consider moving in earlier if the right property pops up. I would like to share with like-minded individuals, probably women or non-binary, ideally between 25 and 40 years old but not fussed about gender or age as long as they are clean and chill.

On top of working in finance, I love relaxing at home when I have the time as I live a pretty busy lifestyle of performing stand up comedy as a hobby. I also love going to festivals and gigs which is why when I am at home I like to balance things out with a night in watching TV or catching up on podcasts.
