Australian Laid back and New to town

I’m Ashley, 31, originally from Australia and new to the UK. I’m a barber and personal trainer by trade, currently getting settled and looking for work closer to the city. I’m laid-back, tidy, and respectful — I’ve had plenty of private rentals back home, so I know how to keep a place clean and comfortable.

I’m social and enjoy hanging out with housemates, but I also value quiet time and personal space. I’m big on fitness (train about six days a week), love cars, gaming, anime, and movies. I don’t smoke but do vape (trying to quit). No allergies, just not keen on litter boxes inside.

Main areas stay spotless — I used to run a cleaning business in Australia — and I like a relaxed, friendly home where everyone gets along.

Looking for: A clean, easygoing household with good vibes, mixed or all-male/female doesn’t matter. Ideally within reach of the city centre.
