I am a recent graduate planning to relocate from Glasgow and rent a room in Leeds for a 3 month period. I am moving to seek jobs and extend Visa. Looking for a room that is:

Max 450 with bills included
Furnished, wifi and decent, suitable for working from home
Preferably less number of rooms in the house, max 4 flatmates
Good location proximity to transportation and shopping, universities,

I am a calm and clean person and avoid conflicts, minimal and organized, prefer to mind my own business and dont disturb anyone privacy.
