Professional M61 looking for accomodation

I am looking for a single or double room, with access to kitchen, laundry, bathroom facilities. Don't mind if there is a garden or not, as my main need is somewhere to sleep and eat. I am out most days, either at work or at sports events etc. I am sociable but not noisy. I like similar kinds of people but can get on with anyone. Open minded and known for good sense of humour and kindness towards others. Happy to share chores etc and always willing to help people.
