I’m a quiet, respectful young woman looking for a furnished 1-bedroom flat to rent long-term (12+ months). I can move in from 7th December, once my current tenancy ends.

I’m looking for somewhere self-contained — no sharing whatsoever, with:

My own kitchen and separate shower room

A washing machine

Furnishings included (bed, sofa, basic appliances)

I don’t have guests or parties, just the occasional visit from my partner. I’m tidy, responsible, and always pay my rent on time.

I currently receive benefits, so I don’t have a guarantor or large upfront payment, but I can provide a reference from my landlord confirming I’ve always paid reliably.

Preferably located in Reading, but I’m open to nearby areas commutable to Bath by train.

💰 Budget: Up to £950 per month (including bills if possible)
