Hi there,

I’m Hakan — a friendly, mature professional man working as a food broker. A few months ago, I sold my home and treated myself to a short but amazing world tour. I’ll be back in London at the beginning of November. I also own another property on Caledonian Road, but it’s currently rented out. I plan to buy a new flat in London eventually, but I’m in no rush, so I’m looking for a comfortable and welcoming home to stay in for at least a year.

Financially, I’m very stable — I have an excellent credit score and I’m a UK homeowner, so you can count on me to be reliable and responsible.

I’m a Virgo :)) through and through, so I like things clean, tidy, and organized. I enjoy living in a calm, positive environment and always keep my space neat and pleasant.
