Seeking room and pals in East London!

Hi! My boyfriend have both recently moved back to London and I are looking for a place to share in the general Hackney area to settle within the next month or so. I’m 23 and working as a chef in Shoreditch, and Sean is 24 and will be starting work soon as a sommelier (so big potential for food and wine freebies for any future flatmates). We both graduated from KCL last year and have since been travelling, so are really excited to be settled in London again and meet some new people!

Preferably flatmates around our ages who can keep shared spaces reasonably clean and tidy (nonnegotiable) and would like to hang out around the flat, go for a pint after work, and occasionally host people for dinner or drinks.

Would obviously always like to spend less money on rent, but could go up to £1600 before bills for the perfect place. Might have a tad bit of trouble with referencing as we’ve just started working, but may be able to pay rent up front and can definitely provide a UK guarantor.
