Please note - this is a POTENTIAL enquiry for a room.
I'm moving from Scotland back to Wales, but I'm not certain as yet to how completion dates for my purchase align with deadlines to move out of my current property.
I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room / short term let to "put my head down" whilst I await completion on my purchase. Looking for quiet houses / areas.
As I work in IT, and am not required to attend the office I would need accommodation which would facilitate my working from home. Accordingly, I would either need a computer desk and chair, or the space to move in my desk and computer setup (I know, choosing beggars, right? :D)
Interests are on my bio - even though I'm into rock/heavy metal and gaming I have an appreciation for peace and quiet, so I don't blast stuff out on speakers!
I'm intelligent, friendly, clean, tidy and sociable but respectful of personal space.
My "amenities required" are more preferences than anything else, but as I drive I will need a house share with parking room.
