Hi,
I'm moving from Scotland back to Wales, but I'm not certain as yet to how completion dates for my purchase align with deadlines to move out of my current property.
I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room / short term let to "put my head down" whilst I await completion on my purchase. Looking for quiet houses / areas.
As I work in IT, and am not required to attend the office. Ideally I'd like accommodation which would facilitate my working from home but could go into the office 5 days a week depending on location.
Interests are on my bio - even though I'm into rock/heavy metal and gaming I have consideration for others so I don't blast stuff out on speakers!
I'm intelligent, friendly, clean, tidy and sociable but respectful of personal space.
My "amenities required" are more preferences than anything else, but as I drive I will definitely need a house share with available parking.
Won't consider HMOs, thanks....
