I have moved to the area in November and have started a job at Thanet Earth. I have lived in manchester for 4 years and my home city is Leicester. I am looking for a studio or ensuite room within a shared property that is located close to Thanet Earth. I am extremely clean, friendly and respectful of others - any guests would be restricted to my room with minimal noise. I am looking to move out end of feb.
I would like the following included in a monthly bill:

[ ] Electric, tv, water, lights, council tax bills included?
[ ] Wifi included?
[ ] Fixed all in one bills price
[ ] Security and lock
[ ] Cleaning stuff

[ ] Guest policy - My friends and family are long distance so 1 night per month stays are not appropriate for me. Must have a reasonable guest policy.
