Looking in AB11/AB10 area

I'm moving around the beginning of January, I did ideally want my own flat but I can't make it up for viewings due to my work, and thats limited my options. I'm happy to video call to prove my identity and to do the viewings but everything else will need to be hashed out via email or when I do finally make it up in January. I can begin paying rent ASAP to secure my place. Other than that I tend to get along with most people, I clean up after myself, I have a tendency to bake when I can't sleep and I'm not above using said baked goods as bribary to sweeten the deal. I have a temperamental rabbit who's usually quiet and well behaved but will likely show me up in the first week.
