We are two students studying masters at Guildford Surrey university and looking for an accommodation.
Happy to share a hours or rent a full house or a flat with 3 or 4 bedrooms. We can provide local reference. Just to keep it simple, we are very clean and quiet. Happy for others to buddy up so we can rent a 4 bed property. We have funds for advance and payments will be on time and on a set date; as far as we have two more we are good. We only need to buddy up with 4 and no more than 4 in a property.
