Ideally, I’m looking for a room in a flatshare (1–2 flatmates) — en-suite preferred but not essential.
📍 Location: Preferably within ~30 min commute to UCL (Bloomsbury).
💰 Budget: up to £1200 pcm (excluding bills) — flexible depending on the location and setup.
📆 Contract: around 1 year with a 6-month break clause would be ideal.
I’m tidy, responsible, social and easygoing — happy to live with other professionals or postgrads.
