Preferred room: Double, preferred en-suite, would be available to put a desk (length≈88 keys keyboard piano), relatively sound-proof

Additional info:
I'm a very chill, calm, quiet and funny person. Very clean and tidy. Sometimes I perform at gigs or organise creative workshops, just fyi in case you would be interested in them :)
I could be a warm flatmate when chatting, watching dramas and movies, or hanging-out with you.

I'm also very good at cooking, especially Asian-style food and drinks 🍜🍛🍚🍵or desserts 🍰☕️ Cooking or not cooking would be fine and chill.

Looking for someone who is okay with all of them above for our new home; being responsible, clean, friendly and open-minded.
