Need a room or buddy up in central manchester

Hi! I'm Adam. Currently looking for a place in central Manchester preferably in Ancoats or around that area to spend time with friends and that. I'm an easy going and tidy person. Been a software engineer for the last few years so ideally a room big enough for a desk, I work from home half the time if that's cool.

Also I smoke sometimes, hopefully that's chill too. so would be nice if there is a balcony. Hit me up if you wouldn't mind be living with you :)
