- 36, professional female
- Double room wanted
Total budget: £1,200 pcm
Description
I’m Kaneez, 35, a software engineer working in Central London. I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded flatmate (female preferred) to buddy up and find a cosy, calm home together. Ideally, I’d love a pacious ensuite room in a bright, comfortable flat/house. My current tenancy ends on December 8th, but I can move out earlier anytime from November 15th if I find the right place. My budget is £1,200 (can stretch to £1,300).
A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I don’t party, but I’m always up for a girls night in, watching a movie, chatting over tea, or cooking something together. I eat only halal food and like to keep a peaceful, homely vibe.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading about history or different civilisations, wandering through museums (nothing beats seeing what you’ve read about come to life!), or taking long walks with my camera as I’m an amateur street photographer. I’ve also recently taken up tennis, and let’s just say my enthusiasm far exceeds my talent 😅 so if you’re a beginner too, we’d make a great doubles team!
I love plants and have proudly kept my little calamondin tree alive, it even bears fruit now! I’m also a cat person and wouldn’t mind sharing a home with someone who has a cat, as people often say I’m a bit of a cat whisperer.
Ideally, I’d love to find someone kind, clean, and easy to live with who values both company and personal space. I’d also prefer somewhere close to a tube station since I don’t drive (unless we’re counting shopping trolleys ).
If this sounds like your vibe, I’d love to chat and maybe start looking for a place together!
