Irish, 27, Artist - looking for room

Hello, I’m Emma, 27, Irish and moving to London in July/August or September (dates are flexible)

I’m moving over to start a masters in fine art at City & Guilds in Kennington!

Ideally I’d like to live as close to Kennington as possible but happy to commute further for the right place.

I’m very easy going, enjoy art, music, ceramics, bouldering, keeping plants alive, cats, reading, chess, going out for pints, socialising with friends.
Although I enjoy doing my own thing and am happy in my own company, I would love to find housemates that will also become friends, grabbing a coffee together & going for pints or making dinners at home 🫶🏼

I’ve lived with roommates for the past 3 years so know how to stick to a cleaning rota and value and clean and tidy communal space (although I am very laid back and will not complain)
