Looking for a place for November and December

Hi, I'm Lucas, a 39 year old professional from Berlin. I work at a university and I'm planning to be in Cardiff from early November to mid-December, working on a research project with colleagues from Cardiff University. I've lived in shared flats for many years and enjoyed it very much, so I'm happy to live with others again in Cardiff for a while. I'm a considerate flatmate who enjoys spending time with his flatmates, but I also respect people's need for privacy and personal space (and need that myself as well). I particularly enjoy cooking for others and sharing meals if time allows.
During the day, I'll be working at the university or in coffee shops, sometimes interviewing people in different parts of the city, and I'll also work from home occasionally. In my free time, I enjoy going for runs, exploring new cities and neighbourhoods, and going to gigs and good restaurants.
I am also planning to come back to Cardiff for another six to eight weeks early next year.
