I am a professional who has recently relocated from London and am seeking a room to rent in the Bath area, specifically within the BA1, BA2, BA3, or BA5 postcodes. I have a monthly budget of £500–£540, and I am looking for a comfortable, friendly, and welcoming environment. I am hoping to move in between 20th and 25th October 2025.

My preferences include:

Furnished room with a wardrobe to accommodate my clothing and personal items.

Access to a shared kitchen where I can store and prepare vegetarian meals.

Bills included in the rent, covering utilities and Wi-Fi.

Parking space for my two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter).

Storage space such as a loft or garage for additional belongings.

A friendly and respectful household, ideally with a live-in landlord or a small group of tenants.
