Looking for a flat or room 😊

Hey I’m currently looking for a flat or room to move into around reading since I work there and just wanted to be close by. I currently work night shifts so I’m very quiet and very clean I love a tidy space. I’ve found it quite hard finding a place to stay so maybe this would be easier. I’m happy to pay in cash even for my rent it would even be easier, I’d be happy to pay for a deposit and first months rent up front. I hope someone sees this and would like to help I just wanna finally move out ☺️ thank you
