Chilled PhD Student Looking For North London Home

Hello!

I'm 28 and in my first year of a PhD while also working part-time at a university. I'm hoping to buddy up with a few like-minded people to find a place in North London - somewhere leafy or close to a park would be ideal.

My budget is roughly £1,000 a month, and I'm looking to move in ASAP, though I can be flexible if the right place comes along.

I'm easygoing, clean and enjoy a calm home. Most of my time is spent studying or working in the office a couple of days a week, so I really value having a relaxed space to come back to. I'm definitely not the party person I was in my early uni days, but I'm always up for the occasional drink or gig.

Outside of work and study, I'm into cinema, football, gigs and writing. You'll find me at my most peaceful listening to music in a delightful coffee shop after a good walk in nature.

Ideally, I'd love to live with fellow professionals or postgrads who are tidy, friendly and respectful of each other's space.
