Looking for a flat (and some lovely flatmates)!

Hello! I'm looking for a welcoming flat with friendly, easy going flatmates in a place that feels like home!

I'm moving to London on November 8th, but I'm happy to join a flat with an earlier start date if that helps with planning. I can do virtual viewings or chats before then, and I'm hoping to get settled into something long-term soon after.

My max budget is £850/month with bills included. I am flexible on location as long as it has good transport links to Kensington and Chelsea since that's where I'll be based for work. A longer commute also doesn't bother me!

A little about me: I'm 23, American, and just graduated from university with a degree in law and politics. I'm moving to London for a job as a community organiser and public housing advocate. I've lived in Cuba, Germany, and most recently Scotland, and I can usually be found trying to brush up on my Spanish or German (often with some reggaeton on in the background). I love travel, reading, and I'm a wannabe gym girl who still thinks 'progressive overload' sounds more like a computer problem.

As an extrovert who is new to the city and keen to make some new friends, I would always welcome a wander, pint at the pub, or even just a casual chat while making dinner. I'm clean, respectful, and easy-going and would be more than happy to provide both landlord and previous flatmate references if needed.
