Room or small flat within 40 miles of Stratford

I am moving from the North West to be closer to my 95 year old mother who is requiring ever more support. She has lived in and around Stratford on Avon for 40 years.

I would prefer a double room with ensuite.

I am fairly easy going but averse to late night noise i. e. loud music or regular partying.

I am communicative and happy to make new friends.
