Looking for a homely flatshare/buddy up

I'm a 23 year old professional working in Finance.
Looking for a house/flat share to move into asap (was supposed to move by 1st Feb but it fell through due to a dropout, now aiming for mid Feb).

Ideally looking for a place which has a convenient commute to Holborn (less than or about 40-45 mins) which is where I work.
Now the fun stuff, I was house trained along with my flatmate's cats (references available), and enjoy thrilling activities like wiping down surfaces after cooking and respecting personal space (super fun).
Hobbies include working out, trying to get better at the guitar, hiking, watching crappy tv and 25 random things I can't mention without appropriate context. I'm super social and easygoing and would love to be friends with anyone I end up living with (SpareRoom cliche). Other than that, pub quizzes or any type of game that can turn competitive, might turn competitive (Very good at playing but horrible at losing gracefully).
Budget is around ~1200pcm including bills and open to all areas that are safe and will not lead to a commute long enough for me to breakdown while going to work in the morning.
