Looking for a double room from November 30th

I'm Charlie, and I'm moving to Brighton at the end of November or early December and as I won't know anyone in Brighton, I'm looking to join a sociable flat or house with like minded individuals where we can become friends rather than just flatmates. I would need a double room that would fit a desk as I work from home with an Etsy store but I'll also be looking into getting a market stall in Brighton. I love music, art, film making and SFX makeup. I enjoy going to gigs but I also love cosy nights in playing board games, watching horror movies, true crime documentaries or playing video games.
