Seeking a room on a part time basis

Hi,
I’m Tuf, a software engineer based in London, looking for a room in Manchester to support my hybrid working arrangement.
My office is located in St Peter’s Square, and I’m required to attend the office 60% of the time. I always return to London as soon as I’ve completed my office days, so the room would mainly be used when I’m working in Manchester.

I’d like to live with friendly and easy-going flatmates who enjoy a chilled and respectful environment. I always keep shared spaces like the kitchen and communal areas tidy, and I’d happily do my part for others. I’d just expect the same in return.

I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and I play football. I’m also keen to try new sports. I speak English, Italian and Bengali, and I get along with all sorts of people very easily. I’d say that I’m a social guy but I also value privacy and respecting others’ space.
