Hey! We’re two friendly, clean and responsible students, aged 23 & 24, currently studying in Edinburgh and working part-time.
We’re looking for a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom flat/house to rent together, ideally somewhere we can make our home for the longer term.
📍 Preferred areas: Fountainbridge, Dundee Terrace, Murieston Crescent, The Meadows, Gorgie and nearby areas
💰 Budget: Up to £800 pcm
📅 Move-in: 1st September or earlier

We’re both tidy, respectful and responsible tenants, and we take good care of the place we live in. We’re also happy to buddy up with someone who is looking for accommodation and wants to find a place together.
