Currently, I am staying in Home Office accommodation, but as per the official notification, my asylum support and accommodation will end within 28 days. This means I must find a new place to live urgently to avoid homelessness.
My Requirements and Information:
Location: I am looking for a room or a small flat in London or nearby areas with good transport links for work.
Budget: My budget for rent is between £600 - £700 per month.
Status: I have the legal right to rent in the UK. I can provide a 'share code' to prove my immigration status via the eVisa system.
Financial Support: I am in the process of applying for Universal Credit to help with my living and housing costs. I am also eligible to apply for a Refugee Integration Loan to cover a rent deposit.
I am a hardworking individual looking to settle into the community and find employment as soon as possible. I would appreciate any advice or viewing opportunities you can provide.
