Friendly German looking for friendly flatshare :)

Hi, im Sophia :)
I’m from Germany and work as a German Language Assistant (basically a teacher) here in the UK. I’m looking for a room in a friendly flatshare, either with students or other professionals until the end of June or mid-July 2026. I can move in on either the 1st of November or December.
My visa is sponsored by the British Council, and I’m happy to show my school work contract as proof of income.

Back home I am in the middle of getting my English degree in order to one day work as a secondary school teacher there, so I won't have trouble talking to you :)

I’ve lived in shared flats before and enjoy the social side of it – things like the occasional shared meal, a bit of cooking together or a relaxed Netflix evening. I’m considerate with shared spaces, tidy, and mindful about things like noise and cleaning rotas.

In my free time I like baking, gardening, reading adventure novels, going to the theatre and meeting friends. I’ve also just started learning chess, so I’m still very much a beginner!
