Hello, I am looking for a bright double room...

Hello,
I am looking for a bright double room that would have space for a desk also. I have been living in a small social housing studio, but wishing to change area. I am an artist film maker, and have been self employed in this capacity in the past. I previously worked as an AV technician, and visitor experience with a few major art galleries. I have an arts education, and holding onto the desire to do a PhD, and I spend a lot of time at the computer screen. I like interesting conversation, keeping up with developments in the news, and watching a film occasionally. I am often at a relatives place to work, and currently spend about half my time there. I am open to commissions for my moving image work, and seeking work in this field currently. I would be happy just to be a sole lodger.
