I am looking for a room with ensuite facilities. Due to my not too distant retirement and the fact I now work from home in Cambridgeshire on Thursday and Friday, I will only be using the room on Monday and Tuesday returning home on Wednesday. As my work entails a lot of working away, my rented room may well lay dormant for several weeks (or more) at a time, hence my reluctance to pay more than £450 PCM.
