Hello,

I am very interested in the room and would be able to move in as soon as possible. I have now received my housing benefit payment, and although I have not yet been able to secure alternative accommodation, my current landlord has kindly allowed me to keep this month’s rent to use towards moving.

I am currently living in a room in Halewood. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the woman I believed to be the landlord has been subletting the property without permission. The house actually belongs to her sister and should not have any tenants. As a result, I have been asked to move out as soon as possible, which has left me urgently needing to find somewhere else to live.

I am also actively seeking work and am committed to improving my situation as quickly as possible.

I am keen to move quickly, as if it reaches the 12th of next month again, my current landlord may request the rent payment for that month. For this reason, I am very motivated to secure a new place as soon as possible.
