Looking for a large double room or a 1 bed flat

Hi my name is Gaiven Clairmont, I’m a self published author, I also run a clothing and fashion store online, I recently launched my first tech company and I do modelling and Astrophysics in my spare time. I’m looking for a large double room or 1 bed flat asap.

It can be a short let (at least 2 months to 3 months) or much longer. I’m happy to pay two months rent in advance to secure a place by November 1st.

Even though I work from home and I’m self employed, I can provide employment references etc. Because of my busy schedule, I don’t have time for a viewing but happy to do one virtually, but generally have no qualms paying the rent and deposit before I see the place.

I don’t drink
I don’t do drugs
I don’t gamble
I don’t use obscene language

I’m single and don’t have many friends so I won’t be inviting a lot of people over, I’m just looking for a nice, friendly environment so I can get some work done over the next few months.
