Seeking Community-Oriented Space

Hey there! I'm Courtney - a bubbly, thoughtful, and super clean US-American professional looking for a community-oriented living space in London, ideally in a warehouse-style setup or a home with a strong sense of shared culture and connection. I lived in a warehouse my first stint here so still very connected if you’d like any pointers or tips for getting your foot in the door 🥰

I work remotely for a U. S.-based company, so my hours tend to be later in the day and into the evening. While I’m very social and love good convos, I also value alone time and really appreciate homes with a balance of connection and personal space. I do love a social home with friends over, dinners, and the occasional party/event but try to strike a good balance to make sure the space feels like home for everyone.

What I’m looking for:
*A warehouse-style space or large flat with communal living energy
*BIPOC/LGBTQ+ friendly household is a must!
*A vibe that’s inclusive, respectful, and rooted in care + communication
*A home where people actually hang out and share meals, ideas, and vibes vs. just passing each other in the hallway
*Open to subletting or a longer lease (must be able to sublet my space for longer leases as I have to leave every 6 months on my visa)

* Clean, artsy, textbook ambivert, pays rent on time 😂
*Love music, food, and conversations about culture, equity, and design
*Very much into community building, mutual care, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome
*Always happy to contribute to house projects, host a dinner, or lend a hand

I also have two friends, Rena and Noa, who would like to move as well! Our combined budget is 2600 quid
