Looking for a room urgently in Exeter

I recently completed my Master’s thesis in September and am actively seeking full-time roles in data science, AI, or related technology sectors. Alongside my job search, I will be taking on part-time work, which means I won’t be home some weekdays and will keep a fairly busy schedule.

I am looking for a short-term let (ideally 3–6 months) with the option to extend if I secure a remote or hybrid position nearby. I’m open to moving in straight away and flexible on start dates. My priority is a comfortable, well-maintained home with reliable internet, ideally located within commuting distance of major business or tech hubs (but I’m happy to discuss various areas).

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. My routine is professional-oriented, and I value a peaceful, friendly environment. I can provide references if required and can pay rent on time.
