PhD student looking for a friendly flat in Edi

Hi! My name is Nikoo, and I’m a first-year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh.
I’m looking for a clean, calm, and friendly place to live, ideally with students or young professionals who enjoy a respectful environment. I’m very clean, easy-going, and used to shared living. I lived on my own during my undergrad, so I know how to keep things tidy and organized and respect other's privacy.

I’ll probably be busy with my studies most of the time, but I’d love to hang out occasionally, maybe go for a walk, watch a film, or cook together.
I’d love to find either a room in a shared flat or a small flat to rent near George Square.
