I hope this message finds you well. My name is Daniel McGavin, and I’m urgently looking for a room as I was evicted without notice today by my landlord.

A bit about me - I’m a full-time bartender at The Ivy in the Lanes, an avid basketball fan, and I enjoy drawing, reading, and game design (which I previously studied in London), I've come to love Brighton and creating a life for myself here.

I’d love to view a lovely property as soon as possible (at your earliest convenience - ideally before 5pm, as that’s when my shifts usually start as I work mostly evenings)
