33F dentist looking for ensuite near C2C station

Hi! I'm Andreea, 33F, just moving to London for work as a dentist.

I’ll be working at a clinic in Grays, so I’m looking for something along the C2C line (Fenchurch St–Grays route), ideally close to a station for an easy commute- Limehouse, Chafford Hundred, or Grays would be perfect, though I’m open to other stops along the route. I'm planning to relocate around mid-November. My budget is up to £1,300/month including bills, but I’d consider a bit more for the right place.

I’m looking for either a studio just to myself or a furnished double room with an ensuite and good storage space. I’m not a smoker and would prefer flatmates who aren’t either, or at least don’t smoke indoors. I love animals, though I’m allergic to most cats (usually fine with dog- I’ll know right away during a viewing).

I’m very clean and tidy, friendly but I value personal space and privacy. Ideally, I’d love to get along well with my flatmate/s, though there’s no pressure to be best friends if we don’t naturally click. What matters most to me is a friendly, easy-going atmosphere where everyone respects one another. I’d prefer female professional flatmate/s around my age so we have more in common, but that’s not essential.

I'm very career oriented and love what I do for work, but I'm mainly moving to London for a change of scenery, leaving behind my own dental practice back home for life in a more dynamic city. I love board games, binge-watching shows, learning foreign languages (I also speak Romanian, French, Spanish, and Hindi), going to the cinema/theatre/concerts, exploring the city, visiting parks and museums, brunch spots, art events, dancing etc.
